Horizontal machining centers are designed specifically for the processing of medical parts
The N2-5XA five axis horizontal machining center is designed for high productivity of near net formed components, making it an ideal choice for the processing of plastic surgery components and medical components produced in large quantities through die-casting.
Its dual direct drive rotating shaft is cast with rigid bearings, providing ideal accessibility for the workpiece and improving quality and output through integrated operation.
The N2-5XA adopts a HSK-40A spindle with a speed of 20000 rpm, which can accelerate to the maximum speed in just 0.8 seconds. This spindle works in conjunction with standard AI contour control and 1.4G Z-axis acceleration to quickly and accurately generate complex geometric shapes commonly found in medical implant components. The N2-5XA covers an area of only 26 square feet and is a high productivity "right size" solution that can meet your small component manufacturing challenges.
