Spindle maintenance
1. Dismantle the spindle, remove the protective cover of the grinding wheel, and open the diagonal fixing screws of the spindle;
2. Pull out the rear of the machine together with the motor;
3. Remove the fixing bolts between the spindle and the motor, and separate the spindle;
4. Maintenance of the main shaft, remove the rotor of the main shaft, open the front and rear pressure covers, and remove the shaft center and bearings;
5. Taper grinding of the axis;
6. Replace bearings;
7. Reset installation, adjust dynamic balance and temperature measurement to ensure that the temperature, accuracy, sound and balance meet the requirements.
