Ion bucket inspection for ORION cooler alarm E04
1、 Machine tool alarm 4042: cooler alarm, ORION cooler alarm: E04
2、 Open the [Function List] page and turn off [Ion Exchange], as shown in the following figure.
3、 Remove the inlet and outlet pipes of the ion bucket, remove the ion bucket cover and quick connect parts, as shown in the following figure.
4、 Remove the elbow part of the water inlet (note: the elbow of the water inlet does not need to be removed), as shown in the following figure.
5、 Use an open-ended wrench to remove the water outlet rod (refer to Figure 1) and remove the water outlet filter screen (refer to Figure 2) to remove the water outlet rod.
6、 Use an open-ended wrench to rotate counterclockwise to remove the water inlet filter screen, as shown in the following figure.
7、 Remove the metal filter screen at the inlet and the plastic filter screen at the outlet (as shown in the figure below), and use cleaning agents such as oxalic acid (K200) to clean the dirt on the filter screen.
8、 Install the inlet and outlet filter screens back into the ion resin bucket according to the disassembly steps, connect the water pipe of the ion resin bucket, and open the [Function List] to cancel the [Ion Exchange Off] function. Press the [ALARM RESET] key on the cooling to clear the alarm.
9、 Switch the machine tool operation screen to [Run], check the color font displayed in the water quality column [Ion exchange], remove the plug from the exhaust hole for exhaust, until water is sprayed out through the exhaust hole (refer to the figure below), and then plug the exhaust hole.
Comment:
If poor quality processing fluid filters are used, it can cause poor filtering effect, burst of processing fluid filters, and pollute the water quality of the clean water tank. Causing blockage of the machine tool pipeline and the filter screen at the ion bucket inlet. It is recommended to use original consumables and consumables.
