Regarding machine tool alarm 4026:
Dielectric liquid cooler alarm, oil cooler alarm: 12 Solution for flow reduction
1、 When an alarm occurs, the machine tool and oil cooler are displayed as follows:
2、 Turn off the machine tool or turn on the [Function List], locate the [Pump Off] function, and turn it on to enable it
3、 Install the Y-shaped filter at the valve of the oil inlet pipe of the oil cooler (refer to the figure below), use a wrench to remove the nut pointed to by the head and take out the filter screen
4、 Clean the dirt on the Y-shaped filter screen
5、 Install the Y-shaped filter screen and tighten the nuts. Turn on the machine or cancel "Pump Off" in the "Function" column to allow the spark oil to flow to the oil cooler and observe if the Y-shaped filter leaks oil. Press "(RESET" to clear the alarm.
